High School Students

Want to earn college credit while still in high school?

ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ offers two options for high school students to do that: Concurrent Enrollment and Dual Enrollment. To be eligible, you must be a junior or senior and prepared for the demands of college-level work.

What is Concurrent Enrollment?

Concurrent enrollment allows you to take courses on campus at ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ or online with ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ faculty. You would be a part-time student at ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ and remain a full-time student in your high school. Homeschooled students may pursue this option as well.

What is Dual Enrollment?

Dual Enrollment classes are ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ courses taught at your high school during the regular school day. Classes are taught by high school teachers who are also ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ adjunct faculty.  Textbooks, syllabi, and workload are comparable to college freshman-level courses.

Dual Enrollment classes can save you a significant amount of money; students pay only a portion of the ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ tuition rate.  Dual Enrollment courses vary by high school; check with your high school Dual Enrollment coordinator.
